An amazing hospital in the Santa Fe area is in search of a new Med Surg RN Manager. -

The -Med Surg RN Manager -will join an organization with an outstanding reputation in the community and across the Southwest. -
The Med Surg RN Manager will report directly to the Director of Medical Surgical Services. Supported by several tenured charge nurses and an Assistant Manager, this person will lead a fantastic team and busy department with over 40 FTEs. The staff here is passionate about the care they provide and are a happy and cohesive team, eagerly looking to welcome in a new manager.
The -Med Surg RN Manager -will be in charge of overseeing that care provided by nurses is efficient and thorough. This involves keeping staff up to date with current best practices and making sure they are following guidelines set by the hospital. In addition, the position requires collaboration with the Medical Surgical Director and other hospital managers to achieve the highest level of operational and clinical efficiency that aligns with the hospital's standards and values. The -Med Surg RN Manager -will also have opportunities to develop their staff through education and quality improvement initiatives. -
