  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 3x throughout a 13-week assignment

    • 1 year of Trauma and Surgical ICU experience required
    • Skills Requirements: Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, GI surgery, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Interpretation of ABGs, Ventilator Management
      • Schedule Information
      • Ratios: days/nights/weekends: 1:1-2
      • Weekend Requirement: Varies based on unit needs
      • On-call Requirement: Yes, Varies based on unit needs
      • Open to accommodating block schedule: Yes, but not guaranteed
        • Unit Specific Information
        • May be floated to other ICUs, PCU floors, ED to care for admitted patients, PACU to care for admitted patients
        • Patient Diagnoses: Trauma-polytrauma, MVC, penetrating, GSW,CAD, CABG, Burns, ENT Surgeries

          • COVID vaccination required - religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form, signed by a provider for medical
          • No locals within 75 miles
          • Pending License accepted: Yes
          • RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval
