  • Provide patient care in multiple units, such as medical-surgical, pediatrics, intensive care, emergency, or outpatient settings, based on staffing needs.\n
  • Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients with varying medical conditions across different departments.\n
  • Deliver patient-centered care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing patient conditions.\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care across units and departments.\n
  • Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.\n
  • Document patient assessments, care plans, and interventions according to established protocols.\n
  • Respond to changes in patient conditions, adapt care plans as needed, and escalate issues to appropriate clinical staff.\n
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.\n
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings.\n
  • Participate in orientation, training, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills across various departments.\n
  • Assist with the transition of patients between units, ensuring continuity and high-quality care.\n

    • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.\n
