We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and be passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries and improve their overall physical health.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
* Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
* Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

*Requirements*
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
* Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
* Experience in various settings such as orthopedics, home health, outpatient, acute care, and geriatrics
* Proficiency in discharge planning and trigger point therapy
* Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with patients and healthcare team members

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $57.00 - $61.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
