ATA Services Inc. is currently seeking to hire an experienced Internship Program Manager to work on a long-term temporary assignment with the State of New Mexico Department of Health. Pay rate: $25.00 per hour with weekly payStart Date: ASAPSchedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Work Location: Remote (work from home) - MUST LIVE IN NEW MEXICO and equipment is NOT provided by NMDOH. This position will support the NMDOH internship program by managing onboarding and administrative program duties. Examples of Responsibilities:Coordinating student onboarding.Tracking applications and academic agreements.Managing student requests, such as email access and other onboarding requirements. Key Responsibilities and DutiesOversee administrative onboarding duties, including:Completing student intakes.Providing students with onboarding documentation.Requesting additional access as needed.Support academic agreement processes, including completion, tracking, and routing agreements for signatures as applicable.Contribute to program improvement initiatives, such as: Providing feedback for enhancements.Participating in program strategic planning and direction.
