ATA Services is currently seeking to hire an experienced Help
Desk Representative to assist with the New Mexico 2025 Summer
Reading Program. This position is in office in Santa Fe, New
Mexico.
- Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour with weekly pay
- Start Date: March 2025
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Location: Santa Fe, NMOverview: The NM Summer Reading Program
Help Desk staff provides support to students, families,
instructors, and site coordinators by offering accurate, timely
information about the program. This role requires strong
communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude to
assist individuals with any inquiries or concerns regarding the
program.Responsibilities:
- Assist New Mexico residents with inquiries about the Summer
Reading Program via phone, email, and other channels.
- Provide information on registration, enrollment, schedules,
resources, and logistics.
- Support instructors and site coordinators with program-related
questions and registration.
- Stay updated on program details and communicate effectively
with constituents.
- Track and document interactions for follow-up and
reporting.
- Resolve issues or escalate unresolved matters to the
appropriate team.
- Collaborate to improve service delivery and participant
experience.
- Frequent communication with constituents via phone and
email.
- Frequent communication with program coordinators and
administrators.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of timeQualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service or help desk experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management
skills.
- Advanced experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft
Office, email).
- Proficiency in at least two languages is an advantage. ATA
