*Job Summary*We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care and be passionate about helping individuals recover from injuries and improve their overall physical health.*Responsibilities** Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients* Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery* Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation*Requirements** Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program* Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist* Experience in various settings such as orthopedics, home health, outpatient, acute care, and geriatrics* Proficiency in discharge planning and trigger point therapy* Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with patients and healthcare team members*#HC2024*Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $57.00 - $61.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Flexible schedule* Health insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayAbility to Commute:* Santa Fe, NM 87505 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Santa Fe, NM 87505: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
