Job Description:

We're searching for a diligent Transaction Coordinator with experience and a NM real estate license to provide administrative support. You'll be responsible for responding to all communications and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, and scheduling appointments. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have a background in Transaction Coordination or at least Real Estate experience. Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity

Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
